14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your Alien Abduction Lamp to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • You must include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at mothership@abductionlamp.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • The item is defective or damaged.
  • You received the wrong product.

We will assess the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or software.
  • Custom or personalized Alien Abduction Lamp units (if applicable).
  • Items that are not in their original condition (damaged due to misuse or missing parts not due to our error).
  • Clearance or sale items.

Please contact us if you have any concerns about whether your item qualifies for return.

Exchanges

If you need a different product, the fastest way to do so is to return your item, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification. The item must still be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please contact us at mothership@abductionlamp.com.

Import Duties & Taxes

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees upon delivery, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If these charges are refused and the order is returned to us, a refund will be issued minus any shipping and handling costs incurred.
  • If the package is abandoned (not returned to us), no refund will be given.
